Accredited Security Training & Certification

Image of security staff briefing at an airportBOSASA IFM has achieved much success through the years by selecting individuals who’ve been recognised as being leaders in their own respective fields of industry. ’We’ve established a sound foundation from which to grow and share decades of knowledge, not found in textbooks or schools with our employees. For us, being the best and remaining industry leaders depends on having a solid starting block of world-class training and security certification.

Taking special care in delivering courses that are of industry standards (PSIRA accredited), we ensure that the individuals completing them will ultimately themselves be leaders in providing security to our clients. Security personnel are distributed throughout the BOSASA Group according to the type of training they have received and the environment where those skills will be of best use.

Please Note:  Training is provided to internal staff and clients only.
No individual training is offered to the public.

World-class Training

Our security training programmes are fully aligned with international trends and practices, which allows our employees to deliver on the best possible services to our clients. State-of-the-art training facilities, found at the BOSASA IFM Head Office, have seen over 40 000 people being trained during the last five years spanning the requirements of the Group’s various business focus areas. This facility has been providing the wide variety of companies within the BOSASA Group with skilled employees who operate effectively and productively.

Our training programmes are specifically designed to be customisable in order to fit the needs of individual clients; this means we deliver services with a value-added product offering. This also ensures that our security personnel are a good match for fitting into our clients’ businesses and delivering services that are more efficient and productive.

PSIRA Accredited Training Programmes and PACST Regulated Standards

All security related training programmes offered by BOSASA IFM are PSIRA accredited to provide each and every participant with only the best possible education and training. Along with these PSIRA accredited education programmes, The Pan African Council for Surveillance Technologists (PACST) also regulates the standards and accreditation of our surveillance related courses.
