Asset Management & Protection Services

BOSASA IFM offers our clients a comprehensive Asset Management and Protection service, where we catalogue all of the assets on the companies’ balance sheet and ensure they’re monitored and tracked at all times. This service forms part of BOSASA IFM Risk Management service category and is offered mainly due to the growing incident rate of theft and vandalism currently seen throughout the South African business landscape.

What items are at risk here?

When a company, no matter its size or importance, starts having to make repeat purchases on assets that are located on the premises it will start to lose and waste money. This can start off with something small and insignificant, such as a light fitting or two, but as that number starts to grow so does the bill to replace them.

We offer BOSASA Risk Management Solutions, a unique and simple answer. This requires the tagging each asset individually and tracking its movement, the roleplayers of a business can always be in the know when it comes to the movement of company assets and resources.

Some more obvious assets that are at risk include:

By utilising our unique and customisable asset management software, we can tag and track all of our clients’ assets from one central location in a real-time setting. This allows our clients to focus on what they do best, without constantly having to spend valuable resources on items they have already purchased. What this prevents is allowing people, individuals or even groups, from coming onto a company’s premises and stealing assets - be it computers, cables, chairs or information. By implementing our solution, large amounts of money that would have previously been wasted in funding the replacement of assets can now be utilised in a productive and positive way.
