BOSASA's Approach to Business and our Clientele

BOSASA offers its clients the highest standards of service and a commitment to excellence in everything we do. We have worked tirelessly to place our group at the cutting-edge of technology and innovation. We believe in a philosophy of upliftment, with regards to both our employees as well as our clients, and feel that by encouraging foreign direct investment we can achieve this. The aim is to create a sustainable business environment in South Africa.

BOSASA’s made a commitment to our country as much as to our business and the focus on uplifting the communities we operate in is paramount. We’ve therefore created numerous outreach programs, and offer educational and vocational support not only to our staff but also their families. This has resulted in the general population in these communities becoming more employable, which in turn drives progress for the whole country. We feel that this holistic approach to business benefits BOSASA's clientele. By educating the community we create a better workforce for our clients and country.

We believe in nurturing and developing “partnerships that work” by delivering the best possible service to our clients. This is done by building trust and earning our clients respect through consistence of service and delivering on our promises.

We have also set up satellite branches in all of the provinces to provide localised support to our customers and their value networks.
