Every detail will be attended to including the use of high-quality food preparation equipment. We meticulously think out utility placement, a logical proximity of appliances to related fixtures, supplies or area ratio and carefully planned processing procedures.
  • Professional Staff – Our employees have had extensive training, which is specifically aimed towards meeting our pristine quality and organisational demands. Additionally, many of our kitchen personnel have attended the HTA School of Culinary Arts, the members of which hold places on the board of South Africa Chef’s Association.
  • Mobile Kitchens – We have created modular kitchens, which are containerised solutions that can be placed on the back of trucks and moved literally anywhere. This effectively creates a portable food preparation service that our clients can make use of. These units allow us to travel into remote areas and fit into confined spaces. Our services are now able to act as a solution to shutdown issues such as power failures or renovations thanks to this innovation.

At BOSASA IFM, we've created a multi-capable software programme that is ideal for streamlining the food preparation process and creating a seamless kitchen set up. It has a wide variety of handy features, including using the appropriate data to track and regulate food stock according to demand. It is also able to evaluate the nutritional value of ingredients and analyse nourishment requirements with which it produces applicable menus, as well as manage your supply orders.

With it, the need for bookkeeping and piles of paperwork is immensely reduced. This package compiles all of its information into just one invoice and is able to provide you with a detailed report at any time. By using this software, catering for large volumes of people can be executed with efficiency.
