Mogale Business Park

Image of aerial view of Mogale Business ParkThe Mogale Business Park (MBP) spans five hectares of prime real-estate and has enough space for the main BOSASA Offices, including its many divisions such as BOSASA IFM. Situated in Gauteng near Krugersdorp, this centre is less than a 60-minute drive from two of South Africa’s crucial business cities, Pretoria and Johannesburg. As a result, our personnel and clients are still within easy reach of one another. However, when at the Business Park, you’re far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquillity our area has to offer.

Fulfilling the tradition of a park, MBP remains the first in our country to boast landscaped gardens, ponds, wetlands, walkways and its very own Mashie golf course. Furthermore, it has been designed specifically to attract and support over 50 species of indigenous bird life, including our country’s national bird the Blue Crane.

Distinguishing features of MBP

Our state-of-the-art business centre goes on to offer numerous other unique features, such as:

Large Infrastructure and Capacity – MBP is made up of 14 business units, each of which was constructed to allow for maximum integration of services. In addition, the expansive grounds provide plenty of space for our personnel and clients, as well as luxury accommodation for guests and a gourmet diner. Mogale Lodge accommodates 48 people in total and is available to all BOSASA employees and customers who attend training programmes, workshops and meetings. Part of our hospitality includes the decadent meals prepared and served by qualified chefs courtesy of the BOSASA Diner. Seating a total of 110 people, this restaurant offers carefully planned menus in order to accommodate the tastes of the many cultures within the BOSASA Group of companies.

World-Class Technology – In order to retain its position as leader within the technological world, BOSASA is equipped with the latest tools and expertise throughout its divisions. For instance, our training facilities and call centre both have computers and equipment that encourage seamless communication between our people inside and out of the business park.

A Shared Service Facility – Sondolo IT, one of BOSASA’s other companies, is responsible for the management of our call centre. Providing easy communication and improvement of general business flow, this facility functions as the midpoint between the Group’s various divisions and our clients.

An Excellent Teaching Academy – Our training facility consists of five fully equipped rooms, all including the latest information and communication technology. Able to seat up to 140 students, we offer ongoing, value-added coaching sessions for our staff, clients and even the public sector. As upliftment of South Africans is one of the key elements in our work ethos, we have established world-class education and skills development programmes to provide the necessary assistance.

Not only is our park ecologically sensitive, but we are the first ever Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) Business Park to be established in South Africa. By driving both the BEE initiative and an eco-friendly design, we proudly demonstrate our commitment to social and environmental responsibility. We have built our home on the foundation of empowerment, integrity and innovation as we believe it should reflect our ideals of employee satisfaction and socio-economic responsibility.
