Team Building & Motivational Program Solutions

Image of Gavin Teams2 series We at BOSASA IFM have always prided ourselves on building up and then maintaining a high sense of loyalty and job satisfaction amongst our employees. We place great emphasis achieving this, as our employees are the reason we are so successful in any project we undertake. Through our BOSASA IFM team building exercises and motivation services we encourage employees to become active participants within the company itself, helping with the decision making processes and establishing a healthy work-life balance.

It’s a well-known fact that fostering a happy working environment and tradition within your workforce will ultimately lead to higher productivity and effectiveness when it comes to doing business. Once employees start benefitting from these positive changes they are more likely to remain with one organisation, resulting in a business holding on to its most important assets, being skilled workers. It’s easier said than done though. That’s why we’ve bottled our recipe for success for almost any type of organisation.

Making use of team building approaches and techniques we attempt to create synergy amongst workforces consisting of multiple and very diverse backgrounds. Through these team building exercises, we create stronger business units for our clients. These units breed a variety of individuals now working as one to achieve success.

Dealing with a clients’ workforce

BOSASA team building helps clients with the task of improving moral amongst employees. This improves the overall performance of the business in its entirety. We analyse the factors contributing negatively to your bottom-line and identify the elements that are missing. Looking at the entire reward framework of a single employee (using our motivation models) we can determine what needs to be done in order to increase workforce moral and personal well-being – but most importantly to what degree.

Our main goal during these motivational and team building exercises is to create teams that work together to achieve common goals and objectives. By doing this we encourage and regenerate a positive energy within a motivated workforce; as many successful business owners know, this will in time lead to an increase in productivity and profit.

BOSASA IFM team building and motivational services:

BOSASA IFM provides clients with the expertise and technology that facilitate the growth and maintenance of finely-tuned and highly effective teams. We can assess your current structures and identify where the breakdown in team communication and cohesion is the most prevalent. We then design and implement motivational programmes that enable more effective and in sync teams.

Our solutions are built on the standards developed and maintained by our CEO – Gavin Watson. His passion for teams and training is now accessible through a series of blogs, as well as newsletters sent to all BOSASA staff members and extended stakeholders. These blogs serve as training and encouragement for all the staff but over time he will be sharing this knowledge through the Watson Corporate University.
